Fahem Boukadous, a étudié la philosophie à la Faculté des Lettres et Sciences Humaines de Kairouan où il a rejoint l'Union générale des étudiants tunisiens et a participé aux 21ème et 22ème congrès.
Après les mouvements étudiants lancé en 1993 contre un programmede réforme de l'éducation, il a été jugé par contumace à 5 ans de prison et a été obligé de vivre en clandestinité jusqu’à la fin de 1997, puis a été rejugé et condamné à 02 ans (en sursis).
En Février 1998, il a été impliqué dans une affaire qui a touché un groupe de militants politiques et défenseurs des droits humains, des syndicalistes et des étudiants après une campagne contre la corruption. Après un an de clandestinité, il a été arrêté et sauvagement torturé avant d’être condamné à 3 ans et 9 mois dont il a passé 17 mois puis libéré par une amnistie présidentielle.
Depuis 2003, il vit à la ville de Gafsa au sud tunisien, où il est l’un des fondateurs du mouvement des diplômés chômeurs et du groupe Amnesty International de Gafsa.
Il travaille depuis 2003 comme journaliste pour le site d’info politique et sociale ALBADIL (alternative).
Il travaille depuis 2006 comme journaliste pour le canal satellitaire indépendant AL HIWAR Ettounsi (dialogue tunisien) où il prépare quotidiennement des émissions à propos du chômage, de l'action syndicale et de la pauvreté.
Durant les 06 mois des protestations sociales au bassin minier en 2008, il a été le seul journaliste sur le terrain où il a assuré une couverture exclusive pour la chaine TV sus-citée ce qui lui a valu d’être recherché (depuis le 05 juillet 2008) par la police politique et a été inculpé dans une affaire malicieuse, fabriquée de toutes pièces ce qui l’a acculé de replonger dans la clandestinité durant 16 mois.
Il a été condamné, successivement le 11 décembre 2008 et le 04 février 2009 par contumace, à 06 ans de prison.
En novembre 2010, il est sorti de la clandestinité et rejugé dans la même affaire.
Le 13 janvier 2010, il a été Jugé en première instance, en situation de liberté, à 04 ans de prison ferme dans un procès qui a duré quelques minutes. Le 06 Juillet 2010, cette peine a été confirmée en appel, malgré qu’il gisait au service de pneumologie du CHU Farhat Hachad de Sousse pour un épisode aigu de son insuffisance respiratoire, en dépit des certificats médicaux présentés à l’audience (ce qui a représenté une première dans l’histoire de la justice tunisienne).
Il a été arrêté le 15 Juillet 2010 et jeté en prison, où il a passé plus de 06 mois.
Il a été libéré le 19 janvier 2011 après la REVOLUTION du peuple tunisien suite à l’amnestie qui s’imposait.

Daoud Kuttab, is a Palestinian journalist and media activists. Born in Jerusalem in 1955, Kuttab studied in the United States and has been working in journalism ever since 1980. He has worked in the Arabic print press (Al-Fajr, Al-Quds and Assinara) before moving to the audio visual field. He established and presided over the Jerusalem Film Institute in the 90s. In 1995 he helped establish the Arabic Media Internet Network (AMIN) a censorship free Arab web site www.amin.org .He established and has headed since 1996 the Institute of Modern Media at Al-Quds University. In 1997 he partially moved to Amman (because of family tragedy and remarriage) and in 2000 established the Arab world's first internet radio station AmmanNet (www.ammannet.net). Mr. Kuttab is active in media freedom efforts in the Middle East. He is a regular columnist for the Jordan Times, The Jerusalem Post and the Daily Star in Lebanon. He has co-produced a number of award winning documentaries and children's television programs. His op-ed columns have appeared in the NY Times, The Washington Post, The Los Angles Times, The Daily Telegraph and Shimbum Daily in Tokyo. He has received a number of international awards among them the CPJ Freedom of Expression Award, the IPI World Press Freedom Hero, PEN Club USA Writing Freedom Award and the Leipzeg Courage in Freedom Award.

Maria Pia Matta, is the AMARC president She is a journalist and exerienced communication media manager, citizenship communication and right to communication. Currently she is president of la Corporación de Desarrollo de la Mujer La Morada in Chile, and director of the project Radio Escuela. The Corporación La Morada is a not for profit association forwomen social development created in 1983 in Santiago, Chile. La Morada has 17 years experience in the production citizen communication content and in maganeent of a radio project, Radio Tierra 1300 AM, http://www.radiotierra.cl, she has also an experience on training on the use of New information and communication technologies for development with a gender perspective. Radio Escuela is an initiative being implemented in public primary and secondary schools in rural and marginalised areas, by using a learning methodology based in radio communication from citizen practices and social leadership by teen agers , girls and boys. http://www.radioescuela.cl
